Each authorized user (teachers, students, administrators) will be provided with unique login credentials. The school is responsible for managing and securing these accounts.
The school retains ownership of all data generated or uploaded by its users. We respect the intellectual property rights of the school.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of user data. Our data privacy policy is available Privacy Policy, outlining the types of data collected, how it is used, and the security measures in place.
Acadene may have specific technical requirements. It is the school's responsibility to ensure that its systems meet these requirements for optimal functionality.
We provide ongoing support and maintenance for Acadene. Details regarding support hours, response times, and maintenance schedules are outlined in our support agreement.
Training sessions will be provided to school staff to ensure effective use of the product. Additional training can be requested as needed.

If you cancel your subscription within the specified trial period 15 days, you may be eligible for a full refund.
We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with the app if it is functioning as described.
Refunds are not available for subscription fees that have already been charged if you choose to cancel after the subscription period has started.
The term of the agreement and conditions for termination are specified in the agreement. Early termination may be subject to fees.
Our liability is limited as outlined in the agreement. We provide a warranty for the functionality of Acadene as described in the product documentation.
Periodic updates and enhancements will be made to improve the product. Notifications about updates and their impact will be communicated in advance.
